Doughbry's is a family owned hand pie brand launching in 2027 in Metro Detroit. Its hand pies are baked, triangle shaped, and inspired by takratha, the traditional Chaldean hand pie. They are made in the company's own kitchen in Oak Park, Michigan, and will be sold hot at the shop and frozen to take home. The first shop is headed to Hunter's Square, at Orchard Lake Road and 14 Mile, on the line between Farmington Hills and West Bloomfield.
