A Doughbry's is a hand pie: flaky, golden dough wrapped around a hot, savory filling, pressed into a triangle and baked. No fryer. No fork. No waiting around.

Our story
If you grew up Chaldean, you already know. Takratha is the hand pie we were raised on: dough, filling, folded into a triangle, baked until golden.
Doughbry's is our take for right now. Same golden fold, with fillings that run from the classics to a cheeseburger.
The name is a nod to Dobry's, the family supermarket in Detroit back in the 80s. We just added the dough.

Our first shop is headed to Hunter's Square, at Orchard Lake Road and 14 Mile, where Farmington Hills meets West Bloomfield. Doors open in 2027.
